That's probably right, there's a tendency to show 2C chunky rain at seat level as snow in those models. When we're in range of the HRDPS we can talk.

it's crazy how warm it was yesterday with the freezing level being over 3000m, but go 100km north of me and Clinton got snow at 1000m. A little further north, and Williams Lake recorded 12 cm at 940m.
