Okay, so now that we’ve established he uses a special ruler whose cm are 2 mm on everyone else’s ruler, that forecast of Vancouver getting 230-odd cm of snow this month works out to (clickity clickity) about 46 standard cm. Still probably not going to happen. Maybe for a seasonal total?

Radar shows returns over me. Few flurries but I can see broken clouds and stars through the clouds. Outflow must be winning now.
