Ice in the Fraser River this morning....pretty awesome to watch for a bit.

Current temp -14, winds have died down to a nice breeze, 20km/h.

I'm hoping the GFS and CMC Ensembles are right. The EPS doesn't look as good.

I'm in Richmond around No. 3 and Alderbridge. Appears to be the occasional flurry
