2” here. That would be nice. I love these cold stretches with frequent light snowfalls. Our great winter months were like that. January 1916, 1950, 1969 all had between 15 and 21 days with accumulating snowfall here.

Far more likely to just make clouds, interfering with radiational cooling while advecting YVR up to -6ËšC by midnight, thus denying Cat 5 status to this cold snap. :twisted:
It's called clown range for a reason.

Flurries here in Tsawwassen, really small flakes but coming down pretty steady. -8c on my deck :flakey:

-11.8C high so far today at YXX... can't remember a high that cold in my lifetime. Possibly the coldest since 1968, unless there was a similar event in the 70's.
