I just went outside and measure 4.8cm !!
I checked in multiple places on a hard surface that had NO snow on them earlier.
Temp: -7.4
DP: -12

This is unusual. It's heavy snow, but the flakes or crystals are like little diamonds falling. Best I can describe it as is GLITTER.

It's so light you can literally blow the snow away with your breath.

This is so unusual and yet so awesome and beautiful! It's over-performing already!

A car went ripping down my street and a big cloud of snow was blowing up behind it like smoke.
You are experiencing Similkameen Snows. Yes, and happiness snows. Enjoy!
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

I hear you on that. So many uptight people with attitude. Many think money makes them a better person
I have a great soçial group and enjoy a very happy life.
I sense many here feel the same

Current:
-5.6 (Temp has been slowly rising)
DP: -7 (This has gone up as well)
Moderate Snow/ Light winds

Icicles hanging from the streetlamps!

Snow has doubled or more since I measured. I can't see my footprints anymore at all. My guess is there is around 13cm or more.

Heavy band of snow, west of Vancouver heading your way folks looks like the back edge of this system, should be some insane rates coming up.

I need to get out and measure but I do know that's a fairly significant accumulation at my house.

That band is here and I might record more snow than my midnight to 1 AM hour. HO-LEE.

It's been 15 minutes since I measured, and there might be over an inch of fresh from where I cleared the patio. AGAIN.
