I might need to install an image compressor/shrink the image attachment limit because we're getting 7-10MB images sometimes on the same page in multiple posts which could add to forum slowdown. If you can remember to, please compress your images before uploading

is there something available from phpBB? I've seen it on other forums where you have the ability to adjust the size of the image being posted (sm, med, lrg)

Not too often there is essentially the same amount of snow here down the hill too!

I have been taking a screenshot, then clipping my pics - seems to put them to 5-600k instead of 6meg. If that's sufficient - easy fix.

Great idea! I have photoshop so I use that but yours is an easy solution for most people.

I find it odd that EC would only suggest 5-10cm(while mentioning there could be more), while wording the forecast with "Snow at times Heavy" at the same time. To me this looks like a classic 10-20cms, with 20cms in the lucky spots. Catnip Hill looks to score another strike. Pornoman also looks to score again
