So odd, growing up in the 90s, every single cold snap and snow event came and went, but 2008 was the start of bizzare weather full of surprises. I think snow events in general have been far more interesting in the 21st century.

Not according to my friend he said he had 25 cm and for the same again but was just eyeballing it. That seems like a lot but still a lot more than my 14 new.

It does seem like your area often under performs compared to other parts of the sunshine coast, snowfall-wise.
