Where do they measure accurately at the airport with the wind? The drifts on 8th ave are 6ft high.

l thought they used some kind of melting instrument at one time, melts snow then do the math, more accurate than a snow board especially in the wind.

Insane freezing rain for the past few hrs, power was out, trees down, ice everywhere. Gutters pouring over and looking like they want to bust open! Never seen this much freezing rain here ever! I want it to warm up so that the 10 inches of ice in the gutters and the 3 feet of snow on roof can melt :cry:

Snapped afew photos around the pond tonight traction on roads better than l thought lots of salt melting slush rain falling no chance to freeze.

Wow! Stay safe wintergirl, we've got maybe half inch of ice in Chilliwack upon rough estimate.
