Doyle seems to think snow instead of rain this PM. Perhaps he's onto something because snow has just picked up again.

Wasnt 1995 epic as well? I recall over a foot in Richmond..like ya right? :think:
Cuda been a day after or something i dont recall exactly..but remember heavy 0c snow just dumped all morning then broken skies.

Not having a lot of success sticking though. This morning's light stuff did better because it was drier.
