I was wondering Tarctic, last month it was on again off again with each run it was amusing 10 day's out and then eventually it locked into the cold we got, now it's doing the same. This is actually at this point looking decent so far.
Could be. The overall pattern does look different in the long range this go around though. Missing the strong
-NAO signal. More of a E/SE ridge.

Decent!

Nice,
l was surprised Wednesday morning Mark Madryga on NW said no snow but then said models were showing colder by months end.
Usually Mark steers clear of long range and sticks to 3 to 5 day's only.

What's the difference with a -NAO? is that what we had last month had? I try to follow the PNA, NAO and MJO.

Btw, Coke opened to regular traffic Wednesday morning only to Merritt, apparently the trip will take 45 min. longer, just amazed at how quick it took.

00Z GooFuS has backed off chilly cold rain outlier perhaps.
If l recall back in mid December the 06Z did the same every night 10 days out for about a week.

How much snow left in Squamish Wintergirl?
Still snow cover, kinda annoying to be honest. Wish it would melt away, new snow would be nice!
