An ice age? All one word to boot? I can't give that a play. Just ridiculous questions for a volcano that doesn't come close to Pinatubo. I think whoever made that title is just trying to scam clicks.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 10:06 pm I know someone else was also interested. This video claims the recent volcano will cool the earth 0.5 c for the next 5 years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpCKwjzA57c
This volcano was obviously awesome but IMO nothing close to a significant factor in the age of runaway climate change.

Hopefully Yellowstone doesn't go off anytime soon because that would plunge us into a real ice age.PortKells wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 10:45 pm An ice age? All one word to boot? Re: January 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
One would think that the 850 temperature would be much colder with an upper air pattern like the Euro shows. What is up with this?

I'd heard that too but then I saw this which was more recent and thought it might have been more up to date info. It was interesting all the various pieces of information he considered to come to this conclusion, including the Coriolis effect, temperature, and much more.
