It's partly cloudy @ the pond in south Sardis and 6c. the gusty offshore wind hasn't materialized yet in the central valley.

-5c we won't see that here in the lowermainland until 2030.
Hawks are difficult to figure out Ants they can turn on you for no reason, plus a one track mind, not easy to train.

Might as well call it spring, the chickweed is flowering and so is the purple dead nettle. I also heard a tree frog trying out his voice with a creaky croak.
EC calling for 0c, earlier forecast was -2. I think we might reach 0c.

The winter depression continues it's almost to the point with the lack of interest to shut'er down till fall. might have to find a new hobby like observing hawk mating season.

Welp Ms. Chickweedandallotherflowerscreek, kinda looks like winter wasn't harsh enough to even kill off the Dead Nettles this year.
