"Indoor personal gatherings at your home or vacation accommodation are limited to your household plus 10 visitors or 1 other household.

Everyone 12+ must be fully vaccinated."
 no worries Abby sr. I'm sure alot of other ppl did the same.

They should also scrap the vaccine mandate for government workers and whatever industry/field they've dictated to,most recently chiros, physios,mt's,etc
Unfortunately, after listening to mike Smith show on NW , it sounds like that is one mandate they will never remove. How is going to your workplace any different than going to Darryls Deals, restaurants, weddings, concerts, Canucks games, etc. As far as I'm aware restaurants never did make vaccines mandatory for their workers, yet customers have to be vaxxed, makes no sense. My son is getting married this summer, if they don't lift the vaxx pass my sister and her adult children will not be able to attend..ridiculous

Yeah, it's so mixed up you need a guide to do's and dont's it seems.
They say they've lifted many restrictions to get back to normalcy l say :bs: what about all those many restrictions still in place.
On that note Omni Stealth was a variant to watch l haven't heard about that one for awhile now there's Deltacron apparently detected in the U.K. low cases at the moment.
Just watch they'll be something else to screw us up again down the road.

I've officially lost track of how many variants there are out there it seems like daily lately my cell blows up with many stories of this variant and that variant.
What's the deal with that l'm not following it anymore unless it ends up a top news story is it big pharmas keeping the ball rolling on this variants thing it means more bucks for them. IMO.
I think Kells mentioned awhile back that Theresa Tam is the most negative spokesperson we have nothing positive ever comes from her.

I don't think I said that. I never actually followed what Tam was saying tbh. She seems like a pretty neutral person to me from the few things I have heard.

As for variants...sorry man but unless we vaccinate the human population and now the animal population, its going to be tough to prevent variants from coming out of the woodwork. Omicron was no joke, I hope there are none other like it.

Public health mandates could return in the fall, Tam warns
https://www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/ ... tam-warns/

One of the top comments in response to the article:
Sure, under the following four conditions will I go along to more lockdowns,
1. We start by laying off bureaucrats, for every 3 private sector job losses a cushy gov't worker gets laid off, let them see what applying for EI feels like for once.
2. All senior mgmt. of all hospitals, health organizations and the gov't of the province lose 5% of their pay upon a lockdown being needed, as they have had by the fall nearly 36 months to up ICU capacity and institute other ideas, if there not doing anything productive may as well save us some cash.
3. No loans are owed to any institution while the person is on job loss due to lockdown, no deferral, no owe it later with more interest, pension funds own a lot of bank stocks and since we're doing this mainly for seniors they can take the hit too
4. Since I assume we will need massive gov't intervention let's start talking about who has to pay for this now, not really fair to expect under 45 people to pay for something that is extremely low risk to them, maybe a tax on assets of older people say half of one percent a year until this is all paid off.
I doubt we will ever hear of more lockdowns if even 2 of the above happened.

There's that Theresa Tam again maybe middle of road to some but l still find her comments somewhat negative in the fact l've never heard her say much positive about the pandemic.

Either l'm getting old like Gumpers or l'm loosing my mind. l got gas last night when l walked into the gas station there was a couple with no masks on so l asked the attendant, l thought you had to mask up he said no need for one and l noticed the mask on sign was not on the door.
Am'l missing something has Covid's ever changing guidelines caused me to go loopy.
