Nice unexpected win, sorta makes up for one of those recent disappointing losses . With trade deadline gone the team looked reinvigorated and determined. Maybe Coach Bruce said they could be rise from the ashes like the 2019 Blues. Going undefeated on this road trip would really set the table for a very exciting finish with 2 games vs Dallas, 3 games vs Vegas , and last game against oilers.

So it's Costa Rica, where is the game being played?
I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed that these games have no radio coverage locally. I suppose l could stream it on some station out of Costa Rica but l don't understand spanish :wtf:

Terrible unexpected win, doesn't make up for one of those recent expected losses . With trade deadline gone the team looked disorganized and lucky. Maybe Coach Bruce said they couldn't rise from the ashes like the 1915 Millionaires. Going defeated on this road trip would really set the table for a very exciting off season of trades.

7pm today. Away to Costa Rica, yes. Games in central america are always tough. Will be happy with a draw to be honest.

It's being broadcast on Sportsnet and OneSoccer.

A draw will be enough to qualify, yep.

You need to pay to stream the OneSoccer broadcast as well unfortunately.

PS: currently 0-0 after 10 minutes.

Edit: not good. 35th minute red card for Canada.

Edit2: losing 1-0. Draw is still possible but it's pretty much a write off.

Full time Costa Rica 1-0 Canada.

Canada fully dominated the game despite playing with 10 men.

That's absolutely disappointing Twind, however there in an excellent position so they can afford a loss however l perfer them to get errr done sooner than later.
When's there next game? on a side note 3-2 OT loss to Minny mouse as the Knuckles continue to tread water for any playoff push IMO.
Teams ahead of them will unfortunately continue to win making it very difficult for them plus there in a bad position being behind.

What an epic win against the Stars tonight. Felt like a playoff game given the energy, effort, and fight for the two points.

It was nice to see Pettersson get two goals and Demko was absolutely incredible. Lost his stick twice with Dallas pressuring and still managed to keep us in the game. Overall, awesome team effort resulted in a well deserved win.   :D

Keep this up and the Canucks might just squeeze in that last wildcard spot for the playoffs.
