Interesting Ms. Spacedoutcreeks. I've seen the milkyway while camping away from city light pollution it looks like a haze you would think it was thin clouds.

Here with no lights or city glow it is quite distinct. The first time I saw it I thought it was clouds but figured it out.

New lambs today. Triplets and I thought she was going to only have one. The first one is tiny at only 3 3/4 lbs, her brothers are each 6 1/2 lbs. Lambing in the sunshine at the end of April sure beats freezing cold February lambings.

The weeklies from yesterday remains above normal precipitation and below normal temperatures. I'm hearing more talk of a sharp turnaround into warmer weather though. We'll see. It will be like we will be going from winter to Summer in one go.

I used to do meat sheep but when we had the drought about 10-ish years ago, I had to feed hay through the summer and lost money on it so I've switched to registered Babydolls which are basically pet stock. I make more money on each lamb and they go to their new homes at 8 - 10 weeks old so I don't have to feed them!
