Reached a high of 9.3C today under sunny skies. Nice day.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

Re: May 2022 Forecasts and Discussions
My sister lives right where that storm cell moved over Kamloops. She called me on FaceTime so I could see. It was intense. A bolt struck right outside her house, the flash and the cracking boom was instantaneous. Truthfully it actually scared the crap out of us both because it was THAT close.
Of course, I was low-key jealous that she got such an incredible storm.
Hopefully it will be our turn soon?
