After a decent day yesterday, so far only 17° , temperature rising at a snail's pace , what's the deal?

Had some TCU over Mt. Cheam which have fizzled out as usual.
It's currently 22c @ the pond in south Sardis and afew clouds.

Looks like 15-25mm for LM tomorrow. Even the Similkameens is forecast to get 10-15 :problem:

A rex block isn't that one of those death ridges we get sometimes in the winter with inversions and ski hill snow eaters.
