That would probably equate to 28-29 along the coast with low to mid 30s inland.

Edit: Just going by the mean. The Op is much warmer.

Walking outside in the middle of summer when it's 15c and raining at noon is also disgusting. That's fall and spring weather!

But who says it needs to be a extreme in either direction? Why can't it just be sunny and 23c by the water and 27c Inland like I don't know, Normal summers? The climate is just messed up now.
