Like a couple of us, I suspect Weather Pro hates the summer and goes into hibernation.

Maybe John IS Weatherpro?
Hmmmmm. Makes ya wonder.

As for tornadoes, do you guys remember a few years back when I was SURE a tornado came right over my house and cut a path through a small part of Maple Ridge? And I took pics and sent all of my obs and data to EC and they had someone look into it because it actually showed that it very well could have been a F0 tornado or a strong downburst? I still have the 30 page report they sent me with all kinds of maps they went back to look at from the time I reported the event. It is one of the coolest things that's ever happened to me, I swear- both the wind event AND having an unexpected 30 page report mailed to me a couple of months later discussing the event.

All of this to say, I know we are joking about tornadoes here tomorrow but lemme tell you...it CAN happen. Because it happened to me. It was the strongest wind I've ever experienced but very quick. My whole family was home and would also tell you it was INSANE. The wind sounded like a train coming down the side of my house. I've never heard anything like it before or since. I am so furious I didn't have my weather station back then!

And a smoke emoji, since it seems to now happen every year.
It's called clown range for a reason.

What did the report have to say? Did they conclude it was a tornado?
