Typical October rain. No real elements in play for any "storm" development just yet. Cold is developing in the Arctic...just need a mechanism to really draw it out over the Pacific.

Decent chance of a snowfall for Southern Ontario and Quebec next week. A reminder that winter is a stones throw away now.
