Made it up to 24ËšC here. Seattle recorded an almost-unbelievable 31.

The one bright spot is that I paid to re-up my WeatherBell subscription today, and spent some time looking at model runs. It’s now within five days of the forecast onset of the pattern change, and the models aren’t backing down. Rug pulls can never be totally ruled out, of course, but the odds of one are now rapidly dwindling.
It's called clown range for a reason.
