Does anybody know how to find standard deviations for the EC normals data? I found the actual stat, October averages 0.73 freezes, but I have no clue what the standard deviation is so I don't know exactly how anomalous this would be, other than "very."

Temps were amazingly consistent around the south coast yesterday. YYJ, YVR, YXX all topped out at 9.0C.
