It is hard to see this not producing snow to sea level. At least wet snow. :think:

On the 12Z GFS sounding for YVR, the freezing level briefly makes it up to 350m and then plummets on Sunday.

It's mainly going to be rain Sunday for places at sea level. Higher levels ( usual suspects) will see some wet snow for a bit but not much.

Just to early in the year.
