Probably somewhat on the warm side as it tends to get warmer the further east one is (at least in the summer). But definitely more representative of the city as a whole than YVR, being as it is in Sea Breeze Central. The highly unrepresentative nature of YVR, particularly for summer heat, gets rehashed annually on this forum.

It would be nice if EC had a station at, say, City Hall. That strikes me as a pretty representative location. Alas, no. All the stations seem to be on or near the salt water. Source: https://dd.weather.gc.ca/observations/d ... n_list.csv .
It's called clown range for a reason.

My humidity and dew point is usually higher than YXX on sunny days, but my yard is full of trees and vegetation which releases moisture. YXX is just grass which has mostly turned brown, so I expect the humidity to be lower there.
Accu Rite instruments are quite accurate Jr. Man. agree with Abby Sr. YXX is just a dried out chunk of grass by now.

I was worried about the AQ improving...but fortunately a fresh batch of smoke is pushing westward for this afternoon.

Enjoy!

That's good to hear, man. I was worried I would have to breathe in some clean, fresh air. Crisis averted.

A dew point 8-10C lower than YXX seems egregious though.
I made a mistake in my original post. It's actually my humidity that is often 8-10% lower than YXX. The dew point is usually 2-3C lower.

Sorry about that, I have no idea how I got that wrong.

Driest time of the year, unfortunately.

But yes, some rain would definitely be nice.
