AR plows into the Alaskan panhandle. We get locked into an El Nino like split flow.
Really think we go into a prolonged ridge or split flow in Jan.

Anyone know of a good radar app? Meteoblue is a bit wrong. Env Canada app is slow to update but is the most accurate I think to the time posted. Wunderground map maybe is the best?
