How about Whitehorse?
Whitehorse is the banana belt of the north. It's often 15 degrees warmer there than Dawson or Mayo or even Watson Lake.

18z 12km NAM is pretty close to having some offshore flow around the area on Christmas Day which would help immensely. :shock:

Threading the needle. Thinking cold :raindrip: in the banana belt at this point, but it will be close!

Burnaby Mountain and Westwood Plateau look to be in good shape for :flakey: .

The arctic boundary was pretty cool actually. At Lac La Hache there was a pretty good wind from the south and it was +4c and sunny. About 10 km north of there I noticed that it was still sunny but it was now a bit hazy and suddenly the temperature dropped to -5c within about a 5 minute drive. It was -7c in Williams Lake.
Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!

Image just pretending it's snowing. :lol: waz out in Hope today, couple vehicles in the Tim's parking lot with snow on them. :o probably down from the Coke.
