The Sasquatch is set with a generator :D however l'm not sure how much wind will get into the Harrison Lake valley the valley runs north/south depends how much wind gets into Chilliwack l guess.

American forecasters like Scott Sistek and Michael Snyder are definitely getting onboard with a windstorm but I wonder if it will hit harder to the south? Or is that wishful thinking.

I guess I'm prepared to BBQ Christmas dinner if need be. :lol:

Yeah, EC saying NE 20 km/h for Abby as well. Could be right or wildly wrong… Depends on the exact trajectory.

Glad u scored afew wet flakes Abby Sr. that's probably all she wrote. I'm not sure for the Harrison Lake valley l don't see the snow ❄️ line any lower.

This will definitely be a nowcast. High potential to catch a lot of people off guard if the worst case scenario verifies. Must be a tough time being a meteorologist right now. They don’t want to spread unnecessary panic but they also want the public to be prepared.
