Anyone have any private lookout places or hidden gems to drive up to for at night to check out the stars and what not? Set up a telescope n stuff. Nothing to crazy far but don't mind a drive tho.

Me, too!

To look for the comet, I drove out to some random roadside location in the Aldergrove area. It was not that great. The next tIme I do that I may head out to Porteau Cove, maybe even opt to camp for the night. Think that might be better.

I'm going to try to look online or take a look on reddit.

There are no groundhogs in the Pacific Northwest. Today is Slug Day, not Groundhog Day.

It was cloudy this morning, so the slug did not get frightened by the sun, fear drying out, and retreat back underground. It will be rainy and damp until July.

Had the slug seen the sun this morning, there would be an early start to the summer dry season.
