It's surprising how much the timing of this event has moved up. It was originally looking like the heaviest snow would be tomorrow morning, but now it's this evening, so about 12 hours earlier than expected. The good news is the roads shouldn't be too bad by mid morning tomorrow.

I am a long time member from the VWP days but I rarely post, I do read all the comments frequently. I wanted to say how much I enjoy the energy in this forum, it is very refreshing to see. There are so many knowledgeable people on here that I learn something new all the time, and the joking and teasing and nicknames make my day. Love you all!
Currently it is -5c with DP -6.6, it looks like it has started snowing on the mountains south of me, not long now I hope.
