Actually wanted to hit up Boston for some nachos but they were closed due to the heavy snow.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:33 pm Eaten by candle light too![]()

Yes we've got one wife loves it. We were out during the heavy snowfall so waited out the heavy traffic to get home so had a meal out.Bear Golden wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:35 pm Lol we've all been there....Get an instant pot if you dont already have one! Re: January 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Got one last year for Christmas, wasn't sure it'd live up to all the hype but I was impressed by the design and quality and use it often. Easiest way to make fast and delicious ribs...I've been using boneless porkloin, they go on sale for $2/lb much cheaper than ribs and slice it into 1" thick strips like ribs, cooks up so tender then in the wood stove with bbq sauce and natural smoke flavour...way better than the pre-cooked ribs, not much more work and cheaper too.Bear Golden wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:35 pm Lol we've all been there....Get an instant pot if you dont already have one! Picked up an Instant Pot last year. I use it once and a while. It is really nice to use for sure.Bear Golden wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:35 pm Lol we've all been there....Get an instant pot if you dont already have one! Makes home cooking so much easier, faster and better![]()
This year I got the Ninja Indoor Grill, and MAAAN it's almost like BBQ'ing in your house without a mess or smoke. Great machine! Steaks turn out awesome in it! Plus you can air fry. Made home made french fries from just cutting up a potato.

Amazing! Uh oh now you're gonna get me on an off-topic tangent...Also sorry in advance if you get hungry..To say I'm a rib guy is a bit of an understatement. I use a Traeger for my ribs personally, the smoke flavour is insane. Here's some beef and pork ribs pics all from this past summer:Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:39 pm Got one last year for Christmas, wasn't sure it'd live up to all the hype but I was impressed by the design and quality and use it often. Power outage did lead to a lot of snacking on junk food, made a good dent in my Christmas chocolate stash.
South Carolina style with your truly on the slice: Ribs pre-smoke right as they're on the traeger: Pork ribs I did with a combo of instant pot then BBQ: Beef ribs...smoked 8 hrs....

He might be hiding. El Nito takes a lot of abuse from us posters.
