Snowfall Alert
Wet flurries will start to develop over night tonight in various regions of the Lower Mainland. You will need some elevation though. Wetbulb should help bring snow levels lower. Dewpoints are below zero in most places.
Not much accumulation if anything than a dusting tonight, but things pick up Tuesday. They REALLY pick up Tuesday night and then go almost non-stop until Friday!

This is unusual for this time of year, rare indeed. It's almost like a dream, but it's slowly coming true!
Monday night will see temps drop the lowest, and I'm thinking by the time the snow arrives, if higher elevation hold on to the cold, you could see some nice light powdery snow.
If there is a slight warmup in between systems this week, it will mostly only affect sea level.
BLIZZARD LIKE CONDITIONS MID WEEK!
Snowfall amount are pretty impressive right now if the models deliver or over deliver. Talking up to 30cm in Burnaby, New West, Coq, Surrey and the usual higher elevations. 15cm at sea level. Up to 40cm in the Fraser Valley, Abbots, Chilli, and Hope!!!

Best be prepared! This will lead to blizzard like conditions with outflow winds, blowing snow, and impressive snowfall rates.
Now, could this all bust? Perhaps, but unlikely. This will not be a total miss by any means. It may not produce as much as the models dictate, but everyone is getting a widespread heavy snowfall mid-week!
