If I read the 12Z Euro right, it's still calling for 15 cm north of the Fraser before the slushfest begins.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Also, just because the models are showing these warmer/lower accumulation solutions, doesn't mean they will be right.

History shows we've been #surprised before.

Arctic front now pushing south from Pitt Lake valley into tri cities :thumbup:
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

Not looking likely with this. Even if they crack 20cm it’ll be split over 2 days

The one thing this event has going for it is the continental airmass is fresh. Just entering the area now. Will delay the switch to rain mixed precip from what we would typically see with a deep cyclone to our NW
North end of Shawnigan Lake. Southern Vancouver island. 500ft
