Last question, what happens if you send them to Seattle but the person on the plane doesn't have a passport ? How do they get back?
I wondered that too.

So 24 cm in 2008. Is this more than 2006 at yvr? Thus at least there being the snowstorm of the century?

My exact thoughts. I took the dog out for a walk last night and put a light on her collar and it was fun to see.

Well that's one way to keep your neighbors out without building anything skipper and it cost nothing and was completed overnight. at no cost and you didn't have to wait weeks for a contractor,

An exception will be made, but that passenger probably would not be allowed to leave the secure area of the airport.

As controllers, we don’t know or care about passport status. We have one job and that’s to get that airplane to and from safely.
