Hmm,not too sure, I use whole grain bread , and strictly use maple syrup for waffles, pancakes, and Greek Yogurt. But you never know.

-8 brrrr too cold! Dropped to a chilly -4.4c in Sechelt now.

Butter and maple syrup are my favourite on waffles and pancakes too. I'm going to try making maple syrup from the big leaf maple. My neighbours have all the equipment and trees and are willing to let me try it out. They've made syrup for several years, it's got a more earthy flavour and you have to boil more water away but it'd be good for baking and granola and it'll be fun to try.

EC unreliable snowfall reporting strikes again! Apparently YVR "only" received 16cm of snow today, and also received 3.1mm of rain!

Happened at YVR for the December 25th, 2021 snowfall and also happened for the Nov 29th snowfall this year.

Rain at -6.8c is pretty remarkable. Gotta be a record there.

Off topic for a sec. I've been duped l'm sure l read Bruce Willis passed away. Then when l talking to someone today l mentioned it.
they looked at me sideways normally if l read it online l'll listen for it on the news,
was l duped? he's still alive.

I've seen quite a few celebrities who'd passed and when I check, it's fake news. I usually google it and see what comes up to double check. If it's not on the big news sites, it's probably fake.
