If the weather is unusually cold, Jim will say it is a sign cold and snow.
If the weather is unusually warm, Jim will say it is a sign of cold and snow.

So sad to see the snow being utterly destroyed. People who wish for such a rainfall rather than a slow melt have brain issues. A lot on twitter who were wishing for rain are now the same clowns complaining about it.

1980-81 late Dec and Jan sure torched. Reached +16C on boxing day at YVR and YVR pulled off 3 straight days with a +14.7c or higher in Jan.
