The banana belt has yet to return here!
Currently 3.4c, dp 3.2c.
It's been moved up the hill. More than double that temp here!
You only need to drive a minute or two to come experience the tropical wonders of upper Coquitlam.

Yenno I wouldn't mind that right now, if it weren't for the fact that rapid melting is a flooding threat.

Incredible to see the models already trending colder even in the short term. Persistence is a powerful thing .

If the weather is unusually cold, Jim will say it is a sign cold and snow.
If the weather is unusually warm, Jim will say it is a sign of cold and snow.
If the weather is unusually wet, Jim will say it is a sign of cold and snow.
If the weather is unusually dry, Jim will say it is a sign of cold and snow.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Would need an even higher temp spike for a record... Boxing Day 1980 hit 18c at YXX!

So sad to see the snow being utterly destroyed. People who wish for such a rainfall rather than a slow melt have brain issues. A lot on twitter who were wishing for rain are now the same clowns complaining about it.

Fully agreed. I love rain, but would have much preferred a fake cold scenario with some sun.

Yup.
That would have made this last week even better!
Oh well.
