I really want environment Canada to do well but -5 is an inexcusable forecast that can have consequences for people. Get it together!

Been as cold as -9.5˚C here. I just don't know what they were thinking calling for a min of -5˚C. Clearing skies, low dew point, snow cover… it was obvious it was going to get significant colder than -5. Heck, it was -5 by 8:00 pm here.
