I remember that... like @Rubus mentioned earlier, dead brown grass lasted all winter as the rains arrived too late in the fall -- temps were too cool by then to green things up.

I recall fall 2012 being fairly similar as well in that regard.

High of 34.4c at Pitt Meadows on Sep 4th, 2017. Could've been a few degrees higher if not for the smoke!

The Similks is forecast to be 30c to 35c in a 6 day stretch from Sunday to Thursday :crazy:
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)

I was in Chilliwack again last night. It was very peaceful but definitely smoky.

Nice boss buddy without revealing to much info. are you perhaps in the Vedder/Manuel area.? the official world famous south Sardis pond is in the Tyson/Evans area. Johnnys location is more secret then Get Smart's come of scilence :D it's currently 19c after a mild low of 17c @ the pond in south Sardis happy lastong weekend of summer forum friends and neighbors.
