Day 7-8ish is key to watch for the potential ridge bridge or whatever you want to call it.

There's that north/interior cold pool and cold onshore flow for the south coast to start.

Such a drastically different run from the 18z. Block is a bit skinny, but the trough doesn’t dig as far west as the 12z. :lol:

That’ll do for now. As to Nito, arctic blasts have literally been more common than zonal flow for a while now. It’s strange and definitely not good but yeah.
