Gem shows an over-riding system next Monday. :flakey: --> :raindrip:

Cold air gets closer on this run.

And then another AR after that.

Yikes! Hopefully the RGEM is wrong because those are some pretty significant totals modelled for the Fraser Valley on Wednesday. :silent:

The 00Z HRDPS is similar to the 00Z RGEM. But the HRDPS only goes out 48hrs. I'm very interested to see what it shows on tomorrow's run. :silent:

Very impressive cold pool in Yukon, NWT, Northern/Interior BC, and Alberta over the next two weeks! Multiple reloads of arctic air and PV lobes moving south.

The regions that are riding that boundary between extreme (anomalous) cold and warmth could receive multiple feet of snow... right now, that looks to be between Stewart, Prince Rupert, and Bella Coola along the coast, and Fort St. John, Prince George and Williams Lake in the interior.

Based on latest model runs, I don't think we are going to see any notable cold until at least January. I could be wrong though.
