Maybe some virga with flakes flying above 1000m until we.gradually.moderate and see some +4C rain showers and drizzle on Monday.

00z gfs looks ok. Shows some flurry chances over the next cupla days. We'll take anything at this point. <48 hours away :)
Also shows us getting snow Jan 8, with a NW Slider pulling out the arctic air Jan 10 :)

Currently 0c and clear in east Coquitlam.

Can see a big cloud buildup far in the distance to the east.
