To be fair, all models are fantasy 300hrs+ out. But I do think there is a credible chance of a cool down and some low elevation snow late month.

I don't think you can overstate how deadly accurate the AIFS is. To my recollection, it never once faked us out with arctic fantasies in the clown range this winter. The GFS is a cheap chinese knockoff in comparison. Oh sorry, I mean American
