Based on model guidance I think that someone will win big and many others get skunked. My betting favourites are western metro and eastern valley, but hawk hill is always a good shot. Port kells and houndville seem to miss in this set up. Could also be a pod of orcas in the straight that gets all the fun.

The pod of Orcas always wins.

Well, of course EC watered down the forecast again. So different from last night. Typical.
At this point I just want 1 snow day, and then this garbage winter can FRO!
Just had a some hail for about 5 or so minutes.

EC's forecast was always for areas above 300m but we will have no real regionwide moisture the next few days.

Yesterday’s forecast (for today) said 14 cm for higher terrain... Yeah, sure. 🤭

11 am update: 2 cm today + 4 cm tonight...

There appears to be a more organized band of moisture about to cross the strait... we'll see if it stays together or breaks apart.

youre not lying. seeing a shot of snow from the front likes hes saying would be acceptable to me if we scored 1-2". That would be a huge victory in a season without many :x :x
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)
