Like late December...trough trends too far offshore. Arctic air gets bottled up and then ejected into the Pacific which kicks up mild rain here. Higher elevation gets some wet slop. Even that low going into Oregon Thursday will probably be lowland rain.

YVR will remain snowless. It was looking promosing for the Mountains but now they will see minimal gains which is really unfortunate. :thumbdown:

Yeah even this week is looking decent We'd, Thur, Fri sunny 😎 a tad chilly with plus 9c showers by next Sunday.

I doubt it. I really think pacific SSTs are the culprit. The models always do this with marginal stuff. I think they are able to incorporate just how how warm the ocean is.
