Portland got way more snow than us during that event. Big snowstorm with 20-30cm in 48hrs. On the flip side we ended up with less than 5cm.

I guess they got a lot of snow in 2021. I remembered it differently. I think they also scored in 2019 as well.

Luckily, we got Jan 2020, Dec 2022, Dec 2023, Jan 2024 when they got mostly skunked. I would take those all day.
