We are finally under some green returns on the radar.

Just drove around South Delta here a bit and the micro climates today are pretty crazy. I just measured 5 cm here in East Ladner, meanwhile if you drive about 2 minutes South down towards Boundary Bay/Tsawwassen it turns to wet snow fast and then rain/snow mix and no snow on the ground by highway 17. Then i drove into Ladner village and the west side of Ladner has maybe 1-2 cm at most but as you head back East towards hwy 17A/East Ladner the roads become completely covered fast. Now that I'm back home the temp just shot up to 0.8c as the wind just picked up from the East and its now turned to a rain/snow mix. I'm just happy I managed to pick up 5 cm before the change over

Snow intensity has increased. Sidewalks were getting a little melty outside my office a little bit ago but now they're back to getting covered.

Just started sticking to the roads again. The precip was too light for most of the morning.

Yep we did pretty good out here! Just wish it wasn’t so slushy now. Roads and parking lots especially are a slushy mess

After hours of snow with nothing on the roads, everything is now white. Have about 5cm on the grass, maybe 1 on the driveway
