Learned my lesson the hard way.
Things were easier in the early days when the only riding we could do was by watching for the red screen on the weather network or calling up the weather phone and hearing "snowfall warning in effect".
Totally agree that when I see the snow I will believe. Love how the models have been wrong all winter but people still go crazy when they show snow 4 days away.

Where is this map? When I log into weathermodels and go to the WPC I only see 24 hour and total precipitation.

Go to the model lab.
Then under the Mesoscale models you will see the WPC snowfall map.
