there is also a 'thin ice' sign that was completely ignored :roll:

There is absolutely no way a pond of that size has thin ice right now after how cold it's been recently. :lol:

Link above shows the temperatures that preceded this pic of people skating/walking on lost lagoon in early Jan 1985. Cold has been more extreme this year. Must've been a lot of people ignoring the "thin ice" signs back then too. :lol:
