Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
I was looking at my pictures from 2016-2017 winter. We had snow an cold in December, January, February and March that year. Here is a picture of the snow piles at Guildford Mall in February.

Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
Could see our first frost on Monday morning, if it clears out on Sunday evening. Not looking too likely at this point unfortunately.

Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
Looks like strong farctic outflow winds on Monday gusting 50 to 70km/h. Don't think I'll get a frost under those conditions here.

Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
Yes. A weak arctic high moves into the BC interior with a weak low offshore. Should set the stage for a sunny breezy day.HarrisonSasquatchWx wrote: ↑Fri Oct 10, 2025 8:26 pm Are annus outflow winds in the forecast for the fraser valley l didn't look.it's currently 12.3c @ the lake in Harrison.

Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
I’m really liking the continuation of the soccer team forecasts like 4/4/2 or 3/3/4 etc. Much better than endless days of
Warm and sunny then chilly troffs. Perfect.. as we roll towards November.

Re: October 2025 Forecasts and Discussions
In a month we'd be talking about a modified arctic front with light snow accompanied by weak outflow, followed by hard freezes with this pattern over the next few days.
